Trails To Treatments is a charitable program of North Country Horsemen that helps provide financial assistance to individuals undergoing cancer treatment through community support and fundraising efforts.

North Country Horsemen Mission Statement:
To provide opportunities for members to improve their horsemanship skills. To provide fun events such as trail rides, game days, etc. for our members and community. To Help with various nonprofit community events and fundraisers. To grow in relationships with other Equine enthusiasts.
North Country Horsemen Trails To Treatments Mission Statement:
Our mission is to assist those in need of funding during their treatment of cancer. We believe most people are not fully prepared for the out-of-pocket expenses cancer treatment requires. Our volunteers are dedicated to the long-term success of this grant program through ongoing donations and fundraising efforts.
$1.5M Raised
Between 2007 and 2025 NCH Trails To Treatments has raised $1.5M in grant funds.

North Country Horsemen, established in 1974, is a Minnesota non-profit organization that supports various
community events as well as hosting horse shows, trail rides, and clinics for its members and the surrounding community each year.
Years Running
Trails To Treatments Motorcycle Fun Run began in 2019.
TTT’s 8th Annual Motorcycle Ride is scheduled for Saturday, July 25th, 2026. All motorcycle riders from across Northwest Minnesota are invited!
Grants
Since its inception in October 2011, NCH Trails To Treatments have awarded 2,232 grants totaling $1,725,200 as of March 31, 2026. These grants provided financial assistance to individuals and families facing the burden of cancer.
Our North Country Horsemen and Trails To Treatments initiative aims to bring together equine enthusiasts to promote horsemanship, build community through equestrian events, and provide financial support to individuals undergoing cancer treatment through fundraising and volunteer efforts.
